Officially, our orders go in on SUNDAY EVENINGS (midnight EST) and arrive here a week Monday, however we often have additional shipments arriving during the week. The busier it is, the more often we have shipments sent to us (i.e. Christmas time)If the Status is RED, this means that there is no stock at our supplier. That is, it will take time for it to arrive to us. This process usually takes 2-12 weeks. The average is 4 weeks. The sooner we get your order in, the faster we'll get it here. Some backorders will always show as a backorder as they need to be brought in from an International office.All orders ship from Alberta, Canada. We ship worldwide, with flat rate shipping in Canada/USA, and automatic shipping discounts.We accept CAD $ (Canadian Dollars), USD $ (US Dollars), EUR € (Euros), GBP £ (Britain Pound Sterling), and AUD $ (Australian Dollars)

At West Wind Gifts, you won't pay shipping for additional items. In Canada you'll get CAD$10, $20 or $30 off your shipping on a CAD$100,$200 or $300 order. In the USA you'll get USD$7.50* or $15.00* off your shipping on a USD$75* or $150* order. We ship worldwide. International shipping is based on cost once packed/shipped, and will also be discounted.
