Finely hand-crafted of solid sterling silver, the “Heart of Hope” Pendant is an exclusive design featuring a lovely open heart, its graceful lines created by a continuous ribbon motif. Cascading down the infinity-ribbon heart, reminiscent of the famous breast cancer awareness ribbon, are sparkling pink genuine Swarovski crystals in a pavé setting.
