Canadian troops displayed incredible heroism and sacrifice on Juno Beach during "Operation Overlord" in the defence of freedom, contributing greatly to the success of the D-Day invasion. This men's dog tag is crafted in rugged stainless steel with 24K-gold plating and features a low-relief image of a Canadian soldier storming Juno beach on D-Day, while black plating highlights the solider and the words, "75 YEARS". A capsule of actual sand from the beaches of Normandy adds a stirring touch. A gleaming faceted white crystal accentuates the words "D-DAY LANDING" on a 24K gold-plated ribbon next to the soldier. The back of the dog tag is engraved with the Canadian flag and commemorative wording.
