From the stethoscope she's using to the traditional nurse’s cap on her head, this fully-sculpted edition abounds with symbols of the nursing profession. In a fitting final touch, the timeless melody of “You Are My Sunshine” plays at the turn of a key.

The turtle’s shell opens on a decorative Limoges-style hinge, and closes with a golden heart-shaped clasp. When opened, the shell provides a perfect space to store small treasures.
