Intended as collectors' items, each non-monetary coin in this collection is struck in coveted Proof quality and opulently plated with 99.9% pure silver. Proof quality coining dies create the coins' polished, mirror-like fields and raised, frosted imagery. The front of each coin features a portrait of Princess Diana in selective full colour along with a 24K gold-plated privy mark featuring her monogram, "D", and the years of her life below. The back of each coin features a sculpted portrait of Diana and the words: "THE PEOPLE'S PRINCESS ALWAYS IN OUR HEARTS". Each Proof coin arrives sealed in a crystal-clear capsule for heirloom protection.
