At westwindgifts.ca most orders ship in 2-9 business days depending on when you place your order and where you are. Most orders ship from Mississauga, ON (including USA/International orders). If you order by Monday night (midnight EST) your order will ship the following Wednesday (2-5 business days). Western Canada orders ship from southern Alberta, and ship the following Monday (5-9 business days).
Backordred items can take 4-12 weeks to ship. We send you weekly emails as our backorders are shipped to us.
Each item displays it's availability in the product listing. You can also review the product availability in your shopping cart. If it shows we have stock, then it will ship right away.

While we still guarantee the safe arrival on snowglobes during the winter months - Our guarantee is limited. Snowglobes have the tendency to freeze in transport, which can lead to defects. During the winter months, your guarentee is limited to the purchase amount only and DOES NOT include shipping.
