Every detail is intricately hand-painted by expert artisans to capture the loving dedication of invaluable caretakers. From the loving expression on her face to the traditional nurse’s cap on her head, this fully-sculpted edition abounds with symbols of the nursing profession. In a fitting final touch, the timeless melody of “Always in My Heart” plays at the turn of a key.

The turtle’s shell opens on a decorative Limoges-style hinge, and closes with a golden heart-shaped clasp. When opened, the shell provides a perfect space to store small treasures.
